That means history is continuously in process and it has regularly to be up-dated. Consequently it is our intention - as far as the Philippinian history is concerned - to keep the ball. However, we try to avoid to touch any topics that are still of actual interest or in progress, since it is neither our aim to critizise any policies or political decisions of any acting government nor do we side any political line.
